Lesson PurposeAll students need to learn to add positive and negative since they may have to handle a budget while working a job, or in their own personal life. Students may start with a negative budget and it will be their job to make sure the project they are working on ends with a positive balance. So it would be important for students to know how to work with positive and negative numbers. |
