Adult education services will include workforce preparation activities and training for specific occupations; this will allow students to achieve their educational and career goals. At the end of this lesson, students will be able to:

• Define jargon used on a resume

• Learn the proper formatting of the resume

• Produce more detail-oriented responses

• Construct an industry-specific career objective

• Write a proper resume using a template on Microsoft Word

• Produce only relevant, concise, and industry specific responses within the resume
