There are 16 career clusters leading to various career pathways. Instructors can incorporate these clusters into curriculum design and instruction. Adult education services will include workforce preparation activities and training for specific occupations; this will allow students to achieve their educational and career goals. Lesson Purpose

Students will learn the various ways they can interact professionally in the workplace and identify an area that needs improvement.


Lesson Objectives

At the end of this lesson, students will be able to show the correct use of the key vocabulary, answer questions from a reading passage, supporting those answers with evidence from the text or passage, create a resume and cover letter, and then demonstrate professionalism in a mock interview.

Student Target

I can develop a resume and cover letter to use in a mock interview.
