Adult education services will include workforce preparation activities and training for specific occupations; this will allow students to achieve their educational and career goals. To help students realize the importance of being a contributing member of a team and why it is important to job retention.

At the end of this lesson, students will be able to: 

·         Discuss how effective communication affects an organization.

I can describe the reasons it’s important to have good communication within an organization so that everyone can benefit from the positive environment.
