There are 16 career clusters leading to various career pathways. Instructors can incorporate these clusters into curriculum design and instruction. Adult education services will include workforce preparation activities and training for specific occupations; this will allow students to achieve their educational and career goals. Employability Skills Lesson 3

Now that students have an idea of what jobs are available to them with their current skill level, they can begin to research what each job entails.  This lesson gives them the opportunity to use hands-on math to determine more detailed salary information and to see what skills they will need to get to the next level into a “dream” job.
