Lesson Purpose

The purpose of this lesson is to teach students how to analyze passages of workplace text so that they can decipher benefits information and company policies.


Lesson Objectives

At the end of this lesson, students will be able to:

Describe important parts of a letter of recommendation
Describe positive employee characteristics
Describe a workplace absence policy and its importance.

Student Target

I can write the important parts of a recommendation letter so that I know what is expected of an outstanding employee.
