To learn how to utilize various sources of information (text, charts, maps, etc.) to gather information and apply systems thinking to solve a problem


Lesson Objectives

At the end of this lesson, students will be able to:

·         Describe the multiple parts that comprise a system

·         Describe how to solve a problem systematically

·         Work with a partner to propose solutions to a problem

“I can analyze various information and draw a systems diagram for the Westward Expansion of 1850-1890.”
